I graduated with a degree in Applied Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo in Canada in 1990 and knew that I wanted to understand even more about how the body worked and more importantly how it healed itself. I did some research and settled on chiropractic as the best way for me to help the body's inborn genetic ability to self heal and self regulate.
I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Iowa, USA in June 1994 and have been practicing here in the UK since then. We opened Maple Chiropractic Clinic in 2005 and have been helping people of Stevenage reclaim their health ever since.
In the hours I am not in the clinic, am a fan of almost all sports, love to take my sons Wallace and Frazer to watch Arsenal, but also love to take my daugher Aisla to the theatre. I am an avid reader and love watching old films on the telly.
I look forward to helping you in any way I can to reclaim your health and getting your spine working the way it was intended to. At Maple Chiropractic Clinic we've got your back.
I have been working at the clinic for a year now.
When you call Maple Chiropractic, I will steer you through your treatment plan and schedule your appointments at times to suit you
Having had chiropractic treatment for over 6 years now, it has improved my health significantly.
I enjoy walking my dog, reading and meeting new people, especially those at the beginning of their chiropractic journey.
I have been working as a Clinic Assistant at Maple Chiropractic since 2014.
As one of the first people you will speak to when you contact the clinic, I will assist you by booking your first appointment and guiding you through the process to the point where you meet Dr Cairns. I will also help you with scheduling your treatment plan by making appointment times to suit you.
I am married with two children and a couple of dogs. Apart from the dogs, we all come to the clinic for treatment.
